StretchMasters is a professional stretch therapy clinic dedicated to improving flexibility, posture, and mobility through guided, hands-on stretching techniques. Our expert practitioners use evidence-based methods to help you move better, feel better, and live pain-free.

While at-home stretching is beneficial, professional assisted stretching goes deeper. Our certified practitioners guide your body through optimal stretches that target specific muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase range of motion in ways that self-stretching simply can’t.

Stretch therapy is beneficial for everyone, including:

  • Desk-bound professionals who suffer from stiffness and poor posture.
  • Active seniors who want to maintain mobility and independence.
  • Fitness enthusiasts looking to improve performance and recovery.
  • Busy entrepreneurs who need stress relief and body optimization.
  • Recovering patients in need of a safe way to regain movement post-injury.

Absolutely! The less flexible you are, the more you will benefit from our targeted stretching sessions. Over time, our methods can significantly increase your range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help prevent injuries.

No, stretching should not be painful. You may feel a deep stretch or mild discomfort as your muscles lengthen, but our expert practitioners ensure that every movement stays within your comfort level. We never force a stretch beyond what your body can handle. Over time, as your flexibility improves, any initial tightness or sensitivity will decrease. If you ever feel pain, let your practitioner know so they can adjust the stretch to suit your body’s needs.

Yes! Poor posture is often caused by tight muscles pulling your body out of alignment. Our expert practitioners focus on loosening those tight areas while strengthening supporting muscles, helping you naturally maintain better posture with less effort.

Definitely! Our gentle, guided stretches help seniors stay mobile, reduce joint pain, and maintain flexibility, making everyday movements easier and more comfortable.

Even if you work out regularly, tight muscles and imbalances can still develop. Assisted stretching reaches deeper than self-stretching or yoga, helping to prevent injuries, speed up recovery, and enhance performance. It’s the perfect complement to any fitness routine.

Passive stretching  involves relaxing your muscles while a practitioner assists with the stretch. Active stretching requires you to engage muscles throughout the movement. Both have benefits, but assisted stretching (passive)  allows for deeper and more controlled mobility gains.

Yes! Stretching increases flexibility, can reduce the risk of injury, and enhances muscle efficiency-helping athletes move more freely and recover faster.

Stretching stimulates blood flow to muscles, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients more efficiently, which can speed up recovery and reduce muscle fatigue.

Yes and No. Where headaches and neck pains stem from muscle tightness in the shoulders, neck, and upper back, regular assisted stretching can relieve tension and help prevent future discomfort.

Absolutely! Stretch therapy works perfectly alongside massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and fitness training. While massage helps with muscle relaxation and circulation, and physiotherapy focuses on rehabilitation, stretch therapy enhances flexibility, posture, and movement efficiency. Many of our clients find that combining these treatments leads to faster recovery, better mobility, and long-term pain relief.

Assisted Stretching is great for everyone! It doesn’t matter how old you are, what you do, or how fit you are. Stretching can be helpful. Whether you’re a gym lover, work at a desk, or enjoy relaxing at home, stretching can benefit you when done correctly.

You can get stretched anytime! It’s good before or after a workout or when you need to relax. If you feel stiff, stretching can make you feel better. Stretching before a workout warms up your muscles, helps prevent injuries, and boosts your performance. Stretching after a workout helps you recover by removing waste products from your muscles, increasing blood flow, and relaxing tight muscles. Plus, it feels very relaxing! Depending on your specific need your therapist will explain the stretching and exercise regime you need to follow to optimise the outcome and achieve your goals.
